✦ GENERAL ✦By commissioning me, you agree to the following:"I, the Client, understand that by commissioning the Artist (Kharybdys) that I am agreeing to the Artist's Terms Of Service, and that I have read and understand the contents of the Terms Of Service.”Kharybdys retains the copyright of the artwork.The artist has the right to publish the artwork on social profiles and/or portfolio to be used as samples, unless discussed otherwise.Kharybdys will not use the artwork for commercial gain.Artwork may be posted by clients with credit to Kharybdys. Thus, clients may not claim the artwork as their own original work.Final files will be sent in PNG format
Client may not upload artwork for generated prompts.No NFT/blockchains/AIKharybdys reserves the right to refuse any requests and is not obligated to provide a reason.

✦ PAYMENTS + REFUNDS ✦100% payment is to be made in full, unless a payment plan is requested.Rates listed are only base price and can go up in complexity.If Client refuses to pay the amount agreed upon, Kharybdys reserves the right to the artwork in progress and no refund will be made.Refunds will be made if Kharybdys is unable to complete the artwork for any reasons due to the Artist's circumstances.✦ DEADLINES + REVISION ✦Average deadlines may range from 2 weeks to 2 months based on complexity.Queue updates and/or artwork progress will be recorded in “Commission Queue"; updates may be made weekly every Wednesday/Sunday (7pm PST).Kharybdys will keep clients updated should any changes occur.Kharybdys is not obligated to make revisions once the artwork is completed. All revisions must be made during the drafting phase.
